THOMAS J DAVIDSON, CPA - Retired. With the firm since 1976. Tom is a fifth generation Oregonian. He lived and worked in Eugene until he moved to Roseburg in 1976. He is a 1974 graduate of the University of Oregon. He also served in the Accounting and Finance Department of the Air Force from 1966-1970. "One of the pleasures of my profession," Tom says, "is being able to take advantage of tax breaks for my clients. I'm proud of the fact that our firm is one of the few licensed for municipal audits." Tom is past president of the St. Joseph's School Board, the Roseburg Jaycees, the Roseburg Soccer Association, and the Roseburg Morning Rotary. His hobbies include snow skiing, fishing, golf and hunting. He also enjoys traveling with his wife, Bille, and spending time with his son, grandchildren, and great grandchildren. In January 2016 Tom cut-back on audit work in preparation for retirement. He is currently active a few days a month on Tax issues with existing clients that have not been transitioned to another partner.
JEFFREY R. COOLEY, CPA - With the firm since 1994. Licensed municipal auditor. Jeff was born and raised in Roseburg. He graduated from Roseburg High and received his college degree from Oregon State University in 1994. (Go Beaves!!) He joined the firm in March 1994 and became a partner in January 2001. Jeff is a member of the Oregon Society of CPAs and American Institute of CPAs. He is a board member of the Housing Authority of Douglas County Oregon and is a past treasurer of the Roseburg Jaycees and Ducks Unlimited. Jeff has always enjoyed living in a small town where he has the opportunity to meet and build long lasting relations with his clients. Jeff enjoys golfing, camping, working in the yard, and being with his family. Jeff is active in non-profit and municipal auditing, along with tax preparation for individuals, small businesses, and non-profits.
VICKIE RAPP, CPA CIA CGMA CITP - Licensed municipal auditor. Vickie joined the firm in November 2013 and became a partner in January 2016. Vickie was raised in the southern Oregon town of Brookings. She attended Oregon State University and the University of Oregon. Vickie graduated from the University of Oregon in 1993. She has worked in private industry across the United States in several industries, including forest products, building products, pulp and paper, consumer products, and healthcare. Vickie is a member of the Oregon Society of CPAs and American Institute of CPAs. In September 2017 Vickie became a member of the Accounting Advisory Board for the University of Oregon. In her spare time, she enjoys spending time with her extended family that live in the Roseburg area and working on her little farm. Vickie is active in non-profit and municipal auditing, along with tax preparation for individuals, small businesses, and non-profits.
HUGH J. FRIEL, CPA – Joined the firm as a partner in January 2018 in a merger that brought the Slight & Friel PC staff into Neuner Davidson and Co. Hugh specializes in all things Tax.
BRANDON R. LEE, CPA - Licensed Municipal Auditor. Brandon joined the firm in 2015 and became a partner in 2019. He graduated in June 2012 with a Bachelors degree in Accounting from Southern Oregon University. In April 2013 he earned an MBA from Western Governors University. He has experience in audit, municipal accounting, and accounting for the wood products industry. Brandon is active in non-profit and municipal auditing, along with tax preparation for individuals, small businesses, and non-profits.

KELSEY M. PARDON, CPA (8/2014) - Staff accountant. Kelsey graduated in March 2015 from the University of Oregon. Kelsey received her CPA certification in March 2018. She is active in non-profit and municipal auditing, along with tax preparation for individuals, small businesses, and non-profits.

KENDA HOUSEHOLDER, OLTP (2/2000) - Staff Accountant. Graduated from Umpqua Community College in June 2000. She received her tax preparers license in December 2000. Kenda has experience in municipal auditing as well as tax preparation for individuals and small businesses.
LORA JONES, OLTP (8/2007) - Staff Accountant. Lora graduated from Umpqua Community College in June 2008. She received her tax preparers license in December 2007. Lora has experience in municipal and non-profit auditing, along with experience in tax preparation for individuals and small businesses.
MONA SEE (1/2018) - Office Manager. Mona came to us with Hugh Friel when Slight & Friel merged into our firm in January 2018.
VALERIE STAFFORD (1/2018) - Administrative Support. Valerie has been with the firm in a part-time role since 2015. In 2018 she joined the firm in a full-time capacity.
APRIL THIRINGER (1/2018) - Staff accountant. April came to us with Hugh Friel when Slight & Friel PC merged into our firm in January 2018.
